Michael's most popular program is a comprehensive offering designed for Local and State Housing Authorities. The Achiever's Program is a five-part series to encourage personal growth. This has been a successful program sponsored by The Housing Authority of the City of Tampa. Michael's greatest success was presenting the Achiever's Program to participants in the Hope VI Program in Tampa, during which he helped women of the community move confidently and successfully in the direction of their dreams.
Each Achiever's Program speech averages 30-45 minutes and occurs either before or after the meal is served. His dedication to helping participants does not stop there as Michael remains available to meet informally with the participants throughout the program. Handouts are included as part of each session to reinforce the messages.

ABOUT MICHAEL V. WHITE, MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER
Michael V. White is an energetic, motivational speaker and successful entrepreneur with nearly 2 decades of accomplishments in business development. His infectious, charming personality and zest for life has been instrumental in educating diverse groups on the value of good health and living life to the fullest.
Affectionately nicknamed "Razor" by friends and family, Michael is known for his razor sharp wit. Whether in the way he dresses or the ideas he brings to a conversation, the nickname is fitting for his ability to cut to the chase and encourage others to sharpen their competitive edge.
SHARPENING AN IMAGE OF SUCCESS...
In essence, Michael inspires people to conquer the fears that might be holding them back. His family's early struggles taught him the core values associated with vision, hard work, and willpower. His days of picking oranges in the groves of Florida led to his ownership of multiple businesses. His values encouraged his growth as a person and as a professional.
The mid-1980's were a pivotal transitioning period for Michael. Shortly after purchasing a home and celebrating the birth of his first-born son, he found himself out of work. The factory he had dedicated years of service to had unexpectedly shut its doors, leaving Michael having to find a way to support his family. Rather than wallowing in self-pity, he put all of his energy into building a landscaping business, Four Seasons Lawn Care, which he still serves as President. While he was launching his business, he cleverly earned extra income. Putting his bowling skills to work, he won a $5,000 price at the You Tournament Bowlers Competition - Florida's largest bowling tournament at that time.
In his adult life, Michael has experienced not only the excitement of business success, but also the harsh reality of losing an investment. In the mid-1990's, he and his family launched a sportswear line which was carried in several stores at the mall including Footlocker. His t-shirts and jump suits were worn by famous athletes. One athlete went on to win a national in-line skating championship. Great victories surrounded the 2-year venture, but the small family business couldn't compete in the international sportswear market. This failed venture only sharpened his business sense, and lead to the future expansion of his landscaping business into a fertilization and licensed pest control service. His advanced certifications and business achievements catapulted him into motivational speaking opportunities so he could teach others that it requires discipline and momentum to remain success-driven.

Michael has learned to face adversity with grace and to seize opportunities with passion. In 2002, this happily married father of 2 began building an exciting and energizing motivational speaking program around his life experiences. Serving as a pastor and counselor, he naturally combines the wisdom of his business experience and his deep compassion for teaching others how to embrace the philosophy of "failing forward." Once a resident of public housing himself, he developed a comprehensive services of Achiever's Programs for the Tampa Housing Authority. He has also spearheaded inspirational programs for corporate audiences. Michael has presented to groups large and small. Today, Michael is teaching others to harness the energy of passion and determination. He firmly believes there is a powerful force in each person just waiting to be cut loose for unlimited potential! His motivational programs are empowering people to move confidently in the direction of their ultimate dreams.
